Overseeing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, such as anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour regulations, and workplace safety standards
Designing and implementing initiatives that promote employee well-being and a healthy work environment
Assisting companies in attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions through job postings, interviews, and assessments
Address employee interactions, facilitate effective communication, and promote positive work relations
Creating and updating HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and organizational goals
